The Ortegons: 15 Months...

I am on a blogging roll, trying to catch up to current. Mia is 15 months now, I can't believe it. Some of her favorite things are:

Eating. What's new? Seems like she is going through a growth spurt though, because she is constantly hungry. Luckily she is a good eater and some of her favorite foods are broccoli and green beans.
Princesses. Grandma and Nana bought her some princess toys, and we got her a princess castle. She loves them! Unfortunately for her, she has grown up with dinosaurs and cars. I guess when she sees princesses she gets really excited because she can't get enough of them.
Sign language. In the last week or so, she has really picked up on the sign language and being able to communicate what she wants. This is fantastic for us....most of the time.
Fits. She is quite the little drama queen. If you tell her no, she gets really dramatic with her fits. I guess this is preparation for the future.
Biting and aggressive behavior. Uh oh! Yes, in the past week, she has started biting, pulling hair, and scratching. Unfortunately, Mateo has taken the brunt of it. We are doing what we can to curb this behavior pronto!
Playing with Mateo. She only wants to be around Mateo, and she is starting to play very well with him. The hard part is that she always wants what he has, whether it is toys, food, drinks, etc.
Talking. She consistently says "shoes," "bubba," "paw paw," "grandpa," "out," and "cup."
Running errands. She doesn't like to be at home. She will pick up her shoes, make you put them on her, go to the door, and say "out." She wants to be outside, or going places.
