We love to watch Mateo sleep at night on the video monitor. He's in that phase where he sticks his butt up in the air and tucks his hands underneath. So cute!!
Last Friday this is the picture Juan sent me while I was still at work. Not nice! Juan is lucky and gets out of work early on Fridays, so him and Mateo get some man time.
Juan made Mateo this bracelet. Yes, Juan is knitting (he says it's not knitting, but it is a manly version of knitting, or something like that).
Juan took Mateo to get another haircut. This one went much smoother than the first, although there were some bribes involved (bottles and suckers).
His haircut looks really good, but makes him look so old!
We found this playpen that is made out of these colorful hard plastic panels. It is really neat, but looks kind of like baby jail.

Our friend Brandy bought Mateo a tickle me Elmo. It's so cute, a little scary, and Mateo loves it!
Nice hair cut!
Mateo is very interested in books now. But for some reason, he just likes to look at the front and back covers. When you try to read him a book, he always closes it and looks at the back cover.

We love this video. First he gives the gorilla a big open mouth kiss, and then picks his nose. And then he is just being plain cute.
