6 months...

It’s been almost a month since our last post, so we have a lot to share. Mateo is almost 6 months old now, and growing like a weed. We think he weighs about 20 pounds, but will confirm that next Friday at our 6 month doctor’s appointment. He is still eating solids like a champ, with sweet potatoes being the most recent introduction. He’s doing great at school. The weather has been nice recently, so they are able to go out to the playground and take strolls in their large backyard. They have a huge backyard and then a smaller sectioned off area where they can keep the infants separate from the older kids. We had our first birthday party to go to on Saturday for one of his classmates, Mia. They went all out with a petting zoo and pony rides. Mateo is really intrigued by animals right now, so he really enjoyed the party. Mateo has also started rolling over from back to belly. Now that he figured out how to do it, he can’t stop. He’s doing really well sitting up on his own too.
